Since it was founded in 1976, Nosta GmbH has been based in Höchstädt an der Donau. As a family business with a rich tradition, and with a management team already in the second generation, our mission statement forms the foundation of our success.
As we grew up with standard and steel parts, we focus on quality and sustainability. In many sectors, we are thus now considered a valued partner for design and manufacture of customised components. Looking towards the future, we rely on our qualified team to support our global customers in developing innovative solutions.
Company history
With 20 employees, our family started a company more than 45 years ago that, with its quality standards, is now one of the global leaders in the manufacture and development of precision components. The stable values system of a family-run business combined with qualified and committed employees have played a major role in this success.
Because standing still is synonymous with taking a step backwards, we are continuously developing together with a committed team. New ideas are being incorporated in products and manufacturing processes. That makes us particularly innovative, flexible and efficient. As our business partner, you can count on that – in the past 45 years and also in the future.

Protecting and preserving the environment for future generations is a top priority at nosta.
The nosta sustainability strategy specifies CO2 neutral production processes. For us, this is no reason to stand still! We continue to work on our actions that are aware of our environment and social surroundings.
Quality management
Quality in all parts – our philosophy which sets nosta apart and guides our actions every day. A high level of quality awareness in our process development and in the manufacture of our products, as evidenced by our numerous certifications, inspires our customers anew every day.
Locations
The nosta/DEMA network supplies numerous industries with high-precision components. Four production sites in Europe help us to produce close to our customers and to take quality and environmental awareness into account. We also serve the Indian subcontinent with our quality standards from our manufacturing site in Bangalore.
