No private individuals. We are happy to recommend a dealer.

Which customers does nosta supply?

Distributors, OEMs, Tier 1, Tier 2 and end customers in the railway, automotive, e-bike, medical, mechanical and plant engineering, aerospace, construction and agricultural machinery, defence and many other sectors.

Is there a minimum order value?

Yes, the minimum order value is €25, with a minimum order value of €150 for domestic orders and €250 for international orders.

Are there special conditions for major customers or serial customers?

Yes, for larger purchase quantities, we offer attractive graduated prices, long-term conditions and framework agreements.

Are there packaging units, or can I also order 1 item?

We have defined optimal packaging units for standard items, taking into account weight and the logistics and procurement process.
We also package custom-made products individually according to customer requirements.

Can I order using a DIN number?

Yes, we will confirm our item number for you, quoting the DIN numbers. You will then find the corresponding DIN number in the item description.

What happens with custom-made products if I want to cancel?

Custom-made products cannot be cancelled after production has started or after raw materials have been procured. Returns are also excluded.

How does shipping work at nosta?

Standard shipping is FCA or collection by the customer.

Are individual packaging options available?

Following consultation and specification, individual packaging solutions can be arranged for shipping, e.g. reusable small load carriers (KLTs).

What are the opening hours for goods collection?

Monday to Thursday, 7:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.; Fridays, 7:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Are there express deliveries and special express services?

Yes, orders must be received by the internal sales department by 11 a.m.
